    Cathy Adengo is the Head of Sustainability, Stanbic Bank Uganda and she is responsible for the implementation of the Bank’s Sustainability Strategy and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) priorities. Sustainability Management plays a critical role to creating long-term business value by ensuring that the bank’s operations and activities create shared prosperity, improve community well-being, and have a positive social, economic, and environmental impact. With over 18 years’ experience and a proven track record in Corporate Affairs, Reputation Management, CSR and Sustainable Business. She also has a wealth of experience in various sectors including Oil and Gas, having worked in investor relations for Tullow Oil for six years in London, Ghana and Uganda and other sectors including ICT, Tobacco, Advertising and currently Banking. He is Chartered Marketer, Trade and Investment Expert, and Academician with specialisation in Branding and Consumer Psychology. Currently, Matongo serves as Chief Executive Officer of Zambia Tourism Agency. He previously worked for Zambia Development Agency, Kenneth Kaunda Metropolitan University, a private university he co-founded and 5 multinationals. He is a Fellow and Past President of the Zambia Institute of Marketing and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing -UK.     Nondumiso Ngobese Mabece

    Nondumiso Mabece is a seasoned commercial professional with a wealth of experience in Business, Management, Marketing Management, Communication Development, Strategy Development, Brand Management and Digital Marketing. Her journey in the corporate world started in advertising at Young & Rubicam Gitam and later TBWA Hunt Lascaris. In 2003, Nondumiso moved to the broadcasting industry, joining SABC-1 as a Brand Manager. Her career path led her to SABC Sport as a Marketing Manager and one of South Africa’s top 5 banks, First National Bank. Continuing her career progression, Nondumiso joined Momentum Retail as the Head of Marketing for the Middle Market Segment, establishing a new marketing department. In 2014, she returned to the broadcasting industry, her achievements and extensive experience in the broadcasting sector led her to Multichoice Group, where she has held various positions, including Head of Marketing and Communications for M-Net Local Entertainment Channels, Senior Manager for the Middle Market Segment. She later became the Head of Consumer Marketing and PR for Multichoice Africa Holdings, where she still serves today. Nondumiso holds impressive academic qualifications, including a Higher Diploma in Integrated Marketing Communications with a specialization in Brand Management from AAA School of Advertising, a BA Honours in Brand Leadership from Vega School of Brand Communication, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Milpark Business School.     Pheodor is a Senior Global Sustainability Manager, tasked with digitizing and embedding financial services to 5 million SMEs in Unilever’s value chain allowing them to grow. Prior to this he was Strategic Business Manager to the Managing Director and was instrumental in crafting and landing the 5-year strategy for 6 East African countries targeting over 300 million consumers. Past roles include Marketing Manager for Sunlight the no.1 Home Care brand in East Africa where he is credited with driving market leadership in the laundry category and launching the first 100% recycled bottle in Africa for Sunlight scourer. Other roles are in; marketing, shopper and customer marketing leading teams across East Africa in FMCG, the beverages industry (SABMiller/AB InBev) and technology (Google). He is the immediate past Chairman of the Marketing Society of Kenya, leading the board and society with a membership of over 3000 marketers through which he co-founded the National Business Compact on COVID (NBCC). He’s an experienced marketer and a turnaround commercial leader with a track record of driving brands back to profitability and growth. Through NBCC he led a COVID behavior change campaign reaching 15 million East Africans raising over 4 million euros. Pheodor is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Planning at the University of Edinburgh Business School – UK and has a degree in International Business Administration in Marketing from United States International University. In his free time, he restores his 1965 Opel Rekord classic car, enjoys road trips with his family and a good round of golf.     Professor Robert Ebo Hinson

    Robert Ebo Hinson is a Professor and Head of the Department of Marketing & Entrepreneurship at the University of Ghana Business School. He is an Extraordinary Professor at the North West University School of Business and Governance in South Africa. Robert holds an MBA, a Chartered Institute of Marketing UK Professional Qualification; and two doctorate degrees; one in Marketing from the University of Ghana; and a second in International Business from Aalborg University in Denmark. Professor Hinson has twenty-two years of Marketing, Communications and Service Excellence teaching, training and consultancy experience having worked for Ghana’s leading advertising agency (at the time), Origin8 from 1998-2003.
