Jane Gaty, who has extensive experience in the health care sector, joins as Head of Brand, Experience and Corporate Impact.
AAR Healthcare, a medical service and outpatient care provider operating across Kenya and East Africa, has appointed Jane Gaty as Head of Brand, Experience and Corporate Impact.

Gaty brings a wealth of expertise in marketing, brand management, strategic communications and business development.
“Her career is distinguished by the successful delivery of high-impact marketing initiatives, the strengthening of organisational reputation, the cultivation of strategic partnerships, and the advancement of sustainable business growth within the healthcare sector,” AAR Healthcare says in a social media post.
“In her new role, Jane will provide strategic and operational leadership, driving innovative communication and stakeholder engagement, enhancing visibility and corporate impact, and reinforcing AAR Healthcare’s market position.”
She joins from Malaica, a maternal and digital health care enterprise in Kenya, where she was Marketing Director.
Prior to that, Gaty spent more than seven years with MP Shah Hospital, a prominent private, non-profit tertiary referral hospital in Nairobi, where she was Head of Marketing, Brand and Communications.
She holds a BCom in Marketing from Egerton University in Kenya and studied Health Care Administration/Management at Strathmore Business School. She also has a CIM Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing.
On her LinkedIn profile, Gaty describes herself as a marketing and brand leader “driving business growth, brand positioning, revenue expansion and strategic partnerships across healthcare, public sector and private enterprise”.
