Experienced industry executive Nash Koosialee joins the group from VML, where she was Client Service Director.
Full-service advertising and marketing communications agency, Avatar, has appointed Nash Koosialee to the role of Managing Partner.
She has over two decades of experience and has held senior leadership positions at agencies such as Ogilvy, Wunderman Thompson and VML, providing marketing and communications services to brands such as Vodacom, DStv, Shell and Nestlé.

She joins the Avatar Agency Group from VML, where she was Client Service Director.
“Recognised as one of the most commercially impactful leaders in her previous agencies, Nash is known for her strategic acumen, collaborative approach, and ability to grow both people and business,” Avatar says in a press release.
“Her career spans telecommunications, financial services, FMCG, retail and healthcare. She has consistently driven growth, built long-standing client relationships, and delivered award-winning campaigns.”
Koosialee holds a BA in Marketing Communication from AAA School of Advertising, as well as a Digital Marketing certification from Red and Yellow Creative School of Business.
“We are looking forward to seeing her immerse herself in the various campaigns and creative work that we handle daily,” comments Lynda Fiebiger, Managing Director of Avatar Johannesburg. Avatar has offices in Johannesburg and Durban, and a virtual hub in Cape Town.
