Such was the case with Côte d’Ivoire-based NSIA Vie Assurances, a major life insurance and provident business operating across several West and Central African countries. It won silver in the Best Use of Local Insights category at the 2026 AMC Awards held in Livingstone, Zambia recently.
The award was accepted on behalf of NSIA Vie Assurances by Odilon Gbaguidi, CEO of Le Club Marketing Avis+, the African Marketing Confederation’s member body in Francophone Africa.
This week, Le Club Marketing Avis+ handed over the award to the company at its head office in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.
Representing NSIA Vie Assurances were Deputy Director General Gérard Gilles Akou and Director Marketing and Communication, Catherine Nomel-Kouamé. Gbaguidi represented Le Club Marketing Avis+ and the African Marketing Confederation.
“They were so happy [to receive the award] and very sorry for not being able to make the trip to Livingstone due to a strategic session being held at group level,” says Gbaguidi.
The award acknowledges the NSIA Vie Assurances ‘Tranquillity’ campaign. Tranquillity is an accessible, flexible retirement savings solution that allows users to subscribe digitally in just six minutes.
