Dentsu strengthens its business transformation division in sub-Saharan Africa

Ansa Leighton-Buys and Matthew Landon join agency to add significant depth to its transformation expertise in the region.

Dentsu Sub-Saharan Africa, part of the Japanese-based multinational advertising and public relations agency, has appointed Ansa Leighton-Buys and Matthew Landon to its Business Transformation (BX SSA) division. 

 

According to the company, its Business Transformation (BX) practice supports brands and business on their journey to sustainable growth and prepares them for the world of tomorrow.

Leighton-Buys joins as a consultant and brings over 20 years of experience at the intersection of retail, marketing and business transformation – helping organisations modernise their marketing capabilities, operating models, and customer engagement strategies in line with evolving consumer expectations. 

 

Dentsu SSA says in a media statemen that Leighton-Buys is a strategic business transformation specialist with deep experience of supporting organisations through complex change across marketing, customer experience, operating models, and digital capability.  

 

She has worked closely with leadership teams across consumer-facing and retail businesses to translate strategy into practical execution, build high-performing teams and embed scalable, insight-led processes.

Landon is a seasoned business transformation consultant with over 15 years of experience driving growth across banking and financial services, online gaming, B2B and FMCG sectors.
