Luvuno bring extensive advertising industry experience and a ‘love for brands’ to her new role with global group.
Dentsu Creative, part of the international advertising and public relations company, has announced the appointment of Lebohang Luvuno as the General Manager for its Johannesburg office.
With an advertising career spanning 15 years, Luvuno “brings a wealth of experience and a passion for brand and people growth”, the company says in a media statement. “Her dedication to fostering growth for both brands and individuals has solidified her reputation as a dynamic leader in the advertising industry.”
Her career including working as a business unit director with Wunderman Thompson and the King James Group, an SA-based creative agency that is now part of Accenture. She has also held roles with ad agency Jo Public and Dairybelle, a manufacturer of dairy products.

In these roles, Luvuno has worked with a variety of major clients such as Tiger Brands, Anglo-American, Standard Bank and the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC).
A key growth point for Dentsu Creative
Says Natalie Wilson, Managing Director of Dentsu Creative South Africa: “Lebo joining Dentsu Creative marks a key growth point for our Johannesburg office. Having onboarded several new large-scale clients in recent months, and with more prospective growth to come, Lebo’s appointment further strengthens our team and our offering.”
According to the media statement issued by Dentsu, “central to Lebohang’s philosophy is the belief that relationships are paramount to success – whether it be nurturing client partnerships, empowering team members, or driving business growth. She firmly advocates that in the right environment, seeds of potential flourish into remarkable achievements.”
Apart from advertising, Luvuno lists her skill set as integrated marketing, marketing strategy, digital marketing and “overall lover of brands”.
