Vuyokazi Henda leverages extensive marketing expertise gained at Spur Corporation and Unilever to become an Executive Director.
Spur Corporation, the South African-based casual dining restaurant franchisor, has announced the appointment of its Chief Marketing Officer, Vuyokazi Henda, as an Executive Director. The role became effective on 2 March 2026.

Before joining Spur Corporation as Chief Marketing Officer in May 2022, Henda honed her expertise at FMCG multinational Unilever, where she played a pivotal role in driving sustained revenue growth, strengthening profitability, and leading successful brand turnarounds for several of South Africa’s most iconic brands.
Her experience at Unilever includes a two-year stint in London as a global brand manager.
Portfolio of 10 restaurant brands
At Spur, she oversees the marketing strategy, with a focus on enhancing customer engagement and elevating brand performance across the group’s portfolio of 10 restaurant brands – including Spur Steak Ranches, Panarottis, RocoMamas and The Hussar Grill.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree from the University of Cape Town.
