The conference will be held from 20 – 22 August 2025 at the renowned Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra, Ghana.

How can I register for the conference?

What is included in my conference package?

Your conference package includes:

  • Accommodation (Only included in the residential package. Delegates who opt for alternative packages are responsible for booking their own accommodation.)
  • Access to all keynote sessions, panel discussions, and workshops.
  • Conference materials.
  • Networking opportunities.
  • Lunch during conference days.
  • Conference dinners and special networking events.
Are flights included in the conference package?

No, flights are not included. Delegates are responsible for booking their own travel arrangements.

Payments & Refunds

What payment methods are accepted for registration?

Through our payment gateway, we accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payments, where applicable. More details will be available on the registration page.

What is the refund policy if I cannot attend?

Refunds are available under specific conditions. Requests made 60 days before the event may qualify for a full or partial refund.

Accommodation

Is accommodation included in the conference packages?

Accommodation at Labadi Beach Hotel or La Palm Royal Beach Hotel is only included in residential packages. Delegates who opt for alternative packages are responsible for booking their own accommodation.

How far is the accommodation from the airport?

Both accommodations are conveniently located just 10–15 minutes from Kotoka International Airport, ensuring seamless access for business and leisure travellers alike.

What amenities do the accommodations offer?

Labadi Beach Hotel offers luxurious rooms with free Wi-Fi, a business centre, meeting facilities, a fitness centre, and a spa. Guests can unwind at the private beach, outdoor pool, or sauna, or enjoy tennis and volleyball. The hotel also features a hair salon, boutique, lounge bars, and a tour desk for exploring Accra.

La Palm Royal Beach Hotel provides spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi, meeting and event spaces, a business centre, a fitness centre, and a spa. Guests can relax at the outdoor pool, private beachfront, or casino, and enjoy multiple restaurants, a poolside bar, and a gift shop. Additional conveniences include a salon, currency exchange, and various recreational facilities.

Visas & Travel

Do I need a visa to attend the conference?

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Please check with the Ghanaian embassy or consulate in your country for visa requirements and processing times.

Will the AMC provide visa invitation letters?

Yes, registered delegates can request a visa invitation letter to support their application. Please email us at info@africanmarketingconfederation.org after completing your registration.

Will transportation from the hotel to the conference venue be provided?

Transportation options, including shuttles from select hotels, will be communicated closer to the event.

Will speakers be compensated?

While we are unable to offer compensation for all speakers, we do provide selected speakers with travel, accommodation, and a conference pass. Specific arrangements will be discussed upon selection.

    With an esteemed academic journey, Dr. Kariisa’s accolades include an Honorary PhD in exemplary community service from the United Graduate College inTexas, an MBA from United States International University in Nairobi, Kenya, a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Huazong University in China, and a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Makerere University.
    Dr. Kariisa pursued PhD research in Computer Security and Identity Management at Security of Systems Group, Radboud University in Nijmegen, Netherlands. As a dynamic educator, he has shared his expertise as a lecturer of e-Government and Information Security at both Makerere University and Radboud University.

    Dr Kin did his PhD research in Computer Security and Identity Management at Security of Systems Group, Radbond University in Nigmegen, Netherlands. He previously served as a lecturer of e-Government and Information Security at Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda and Radbond University in Netherlands.

    Dr Kin did his postgraduate courses in Strategic Business Management, Strategic Leadership Communication and Strategies for Leading Successful Change Initiatives at Harvard University, Boston USA.

    • Lecturer of e-Government and Information Security to graduate students at Makerere University, Kampala and Radbond University in the Netherlands
    • Director of Eco Bank Uganda Limited, one of the largest banks in Africa
    • Chairman of the National Association of Broadcasters, an umbrella industry association for all Television, Radio and online broadcasters in Uganda.
    • Chairman of Board of Directors of Nile Hotel International, that owns the leading hotel in Uganda, Kampala Serena Hotel.
    • Chairman of Board of Directors of Soliton Telmec Uganda, the leading telecom company in Optic fibre business managing over 80% of optic fibre in Uganda.
