CX professional Clint Payne joins research and consulting firm, bringing over 20 years of experience in the customer space.
Ipsos South Africa has announced the appointment of Clint Payne as its new Chief Growth Officer.
He is already on board with the research firm and representing it at Customer Experience Management Week (known as CEM Week) taking place in Cape Town from 30 July to 1 August.

At CEM Week, Payne is moderating an expert panel discussion titled ‘Strategic Alliance Formation: Advanced Techniques for Connecting with Optimal Solution Partners’. This aims to discover insights on forging powerful partnerships that drive business success.

Seasoned CX culture transformation expert
Payne describes himself as “a seasoned CX culture transformation expert” and was previously a freelance CX and customer change consultant before joining Ipsos.
Prior to that he spent more than 10 years with the Multichoice group, where he held various roles, including Group Lead for Customer Experience.
In this position, Payne aligned experiences across not only Multichoice’s businesses (South Africa, Rest of Africa and Connected Video) but also its channels (physical, satellite and online).
Evolving these experiences meant coordinating agile delivery cycles across digital and more traditional business systems support in order to deliver changes in concert with input from stakeholders in three quite different businesses, he explains on his LinkedIn profile.
