Campaign is aimed at Gen Z professionals, said to be the least confident of all generations when it comes to navigating their working lives.
LinkedIn, which claims to be the world’s largest professional network, has teamed up with creative agency VCCP London to take career advice directly to young professionals through a clever brand activation involving a mobile coffee truck that visits key locations.

The ‘LinkedIn Know-How To Go’ truck aims to make career advice more enjoyable and, of course, raise the profile of LinkedIn as it sets up at key locations in the cities of London and Manchester in the UK.
Young professionals have been diving into career-boosting chats over cups of coffee named after corporate jargon. To add a bit of fun, attendees can get these menu items for free if they can guess what the names mean – or at least attempt it!
“Experts are on hand to offer useful advice to professionals, tailored to whatever career stage they are in,” LinkedIn and VCCP London say in a media statement discussing the brand activation.
Brand campaign aimed at Gen Z professionals
According to the statement, the campaign is aimed at Gen Z professionals, which is the fastest-growing audience on LinkedIn. It was created to help them grow their careers at a time when the world of work is changing quickly and they don’t know where to start.
As part of the brand activation campaign, a social-content series has been filmed at the events. A popular content creator asked the public to share their career know-how to, in turn, help others navigate the world of work.
LinkedIn’s research finds that, while 86% of Gen Z professionals in the UK are open to new job opportunities this year, they’re also the least confident of all generations when it comes to navigating their professional lives or asking for help.
Explains Zara Easton, Head of Brand Marketing UK at LinkedIn: “Starting out in your career can be daunting, and our research shows that as a generation that entered the world of work during the pandemic, Gen Z are looking for support in gaining the know-how to navigate their careers, match their skills to jobs they want, and build a strong professional network they can turn to for advice.”
