Seacom has announced the appointment of Mandisa Ntloko-Petersen as its new Group Chief Marketing Officer. Seacom has announced the appointment of Mandisa Ntloko-Petersen as its new Group Chief Marketing Officer. Seacom is a private telecommunications company that provides data services, internet bandwidth and ICT infrastructure across Africa – including subsea cables and a continent-wide IP-MPLS network.
Ntloko-Petersen is an experienced marketer with 30 years of expertise in marketing, communications and brand positioning. This includes a proven track record in the information and communications technology (ICT) sector.
Her background includes leadership roles at BCX, where she was Chief Marketing Officer for five years. BCX is a subsidiary of South Africa’s Telkom Group and delivers integrated digital transformation solutions.
Prior to that, Ntloko-Petersen was General Manager: Enterprise Marketing for South Africa at MTN Business for three years. MTN Business is an ICT partner for businesses across Africa. She has also held roles at Dimension Data and Accenture.
Previous international experience in C-suite roles

In her new role, Ntloko-Petersen will lead the organisation’s brand and marketing efforts, focusing on enhancing Seacom’s brand presence, driving client engagement and supporting growth objectives. Specifically, she will oversee brand positioning for both the Digital Services and Digital Infrastructure businesses.
